Professional Fees:  $1500/day  

Treatment Time:  30 total hours

Minimum days:  2 consecutive days with an option for additional days

Payment policy:  A 100% deposit is required to book your 3 days

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation must be at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Appointments need to be canceled at least five business days (one week) before the scheduled arrival date.

Hotel Accommodations:  Team Doctors has discounted rates with hotels within a 4 - 10-minute walk from the office in River North.  We will provide you the name of the hotel and the best rate we get, and you can decide if you would like us to book your hotel or to make your own reservations.  

Extending your Treatment:  If you would like to extend your treatment dates beyond the dates you booked, we can usually accommodate you.  Exceptions are if the doctor is called out of town or if another patient is booked immediately after you.  The price is the same for these extended dates.
