3 Day Treatment at Team Doctors in Chicago

Professional Fees:  $1200.00/day

Treatment Time: 8 hours per day or more

Minimum days: 3 consecutive days

Payment policy:  A 100% deposit is required to book your 3 days and payment must be in within two weeks of your visit

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation must be at least 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Appointments need to be canceled at least five business days (one week) before the scheduled arrival date, or patients will be charged a one-day penalty of $1200.00

Hotel Accommodations:  Team Doctors has discounted rates with hotels within a 4 - 10-minute walk from the office in River North.  We will provide you the name of the hotel and the best rate we get, and you can decide if you would like us to book your hotel or to make your own reservations.  

Extending your Treatment:  If you would like to extend your treatment dates beyond the dates you booked, we can usually accommodate you.  Exceptions are if the doctor is called out of town or if another patient is booked immediately after you.  The price is the same for these extended dates.
